Chef Rich Summer Session. June 8th-11th, 2026.

Prepare for an unforgettable culinary experience this summer! Our session promises to be both educational and exciting, as we delve into the art and passion of cooking each day.

Students will have the opportunity to create their own breakfast and lunch entrée masterpieces. We firmly believe that cooking is a vital life skill, and this four-day culinary journey is designed to be both fun and enriching.

This lovely summer session will provide detailed instructions on crafting your own signature entrée. Following live cooking demonstrations, you'll have the chance to immediately put what you've learned into practice. We're also dedicating more time to ensure you can pour your creativity and care into each dish.

Adding to the excitement, we'll have a special appearance from a local guest chef and a friendly "Top Chef" competition. Your safety is our top priority, and we'll be emphasizing and practicing safe cooking techniques in a lively environment.

Your instructor, Chef Rich, is a proud graduate of the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Throughout the session, we will also cover important culinary terminology. By the end of our time together, students will gain valuable learning outcomes and technical skills, including:
